Due to lack of sample and/or txt file. Even if you skip them, the header and/or footer piece of the main mkv will be missing (even though you loaded the directly downloaded file) according to the torrent client.

Thanks for replying. Yes actually I downloaded the file from direct links. one more question-Is CRC32 of video downloaded from direct links is different than file downloaded from torrent.(Although they have exactly same size). That could be the reason its not showing 100 % progress of the main file in torrent client. I could be wrong. What are you thoughts?
